These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and any other services we provide (collectively, the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. 2. Key Definitions

  • Advertiser: A user who reserves ad space from a media owner via the Platform.
  • Media Owner: A user who lists ad spaces on the Platform for booking by advertisers.
  • Booking Request: A request made by an advertiser to reserve ad space listed by a media owner.
  • Campaign: An advertising campaign submitted by an advertiser that includes content for display on ad spaces.
  • Account Balance: Funds held in an advertiser's account that can be used for future bookings or refunds.
  • Service Fee: A fee charged by EaseeAd for facilitating transactions between advertisers and media owners.
  • Payout: The amount paid to media owners after service fees are deducted.

3. Platform Services

EaseeAd acts as an intermediary between media owners and advertisers. Media owners can list available ad spaces on the Platform, while advertisers can browse these listings, submit booking requests, pay for ad spaces, and submit content for display.

Booking Process:

  • Advertisers can submit booking requests for available ad spaces.
  • Media Owners have full discretion to accept or decline booking requests.
  • If a booking request is declined, the advertiser will receive a refund in the form of an account balance.

Payment Options:

Advertisers can either top up their account balance via wire transfer or credit card or pay directly with a credit card when submitting a campaign.

Payouts:

Media owners will receive payouts via wire transfer based on bank account information provided in their account settings. Payouts are processed monthly after a campaign has started.

4. Account Creation and User Obligations

To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purposes.
  • Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform.

5. Payments and Fees

For Advertisers:

  • Advertisers may pay for campaigns using their account balance or directly via credit card at the time of booking.
  • In case of declined booking requests, refunds will be credited back to the advertiser’s account balance unless otherwise requested and approved on a case-by-case basis.

For Media Owners:

  • Media owners will be charged a fixed service fee based on confirmed bookings.
  • Payouts will be made monthly after campaigns have started and will be net of any service fees charged by EaseeAd.

6. Cancellation Policy

For Advertisers: Advertisers may cancel their campaigns according to the following tiered cancellation policy:

  • Tier 1: Early Cancellation (More than 30 Days Before Start Date) - Free cancellation is allowed up to 30 days before the campaign start date. No fees apply, and a full refund is provided as an account balance.
  • Tier 2: Mid-Range Cancellation (15–30 Days Before Start Date) - A 50% refund is provided if cancellation occurs between 15–30 days before the start date.
  • Tier 3: Late Cancellation (Less than 15 Days Before Start Date) - No refund is provided for cancellations made within 15 days of the campaign start date.
